– I purchased my tickets but I didn’t get an email with it.
When payment is completed, you will be taken to a page to download your tickets from our website right away – please download your tickets right away.
As a back up, an email is sent within 5 minutes to the email address provided in your order (as long as the correct email address was typed in properly).
Check your Spam / Bulk / Promotions folder for our email. If it ends up there, mark as “NOT SPAM” and/or move to your inbox.

– Is there parking?
In Manhattan:
Street parking is available but limited. Arriving early will make finding street parking easier and arriving late will be a challenge. There is a parking garage right next to the dock – as it is an independent business, we do not know or control it’s costs.
In Queens:
There are free/open parking lots surrounding the marina.

– If there’s rain does the boat still go out?
Our boats go out in clear weather and in rain. The main floor is enclosed and climate controlled to shield guests from the outside elements.
Should there be a change, an email will be sent from to inform our guests. (A schedule change from weather rarely happens)

– What time does the boat leave?
The “Boarding Process” takes about 35 – 45 minutes to complete as everyone must have their ticket checked-in, ID’s scanned, be searched by security, and walk through the pier/dock onto the ramp to the boat.

– What time does the boat return?
The boat returns 15-25 minutes before the end time of the event. If the party ends at 4am then the boat will be back 3:45am/3:35am.

– I accidentally deleted my ticket – how can I get a copy?
Please check the trash folder of your email account first as emails usually do not get completely erased from your account.
If you’re still not able to locate your ticket, please email us the name submitted for the ticket and the last 4 digits of the credit card used from the SAME email address used for the order. All 3 requirements must match/be met for security purposes – we need to ensure the ticket is issued to the proper person.

– I have a credit card charge from “MS COLLECTIVE” – what is it?

– Is there food on the boat?
Food is available only when specified i.e. during our boat brunches.
Food is not available otherwise, especially not on our late night boat events as it is late night.
